For over a decade at Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., I served as Creative Director at the corporate level and later as Regional Marketing Director of the Manhattan brokerages. As a senior leader, I unified brand identity and marketing workflow across more than 40 offices nationwide, strengthened consistency across markets, and built systems that improved efficiency and execution. I led annual marketing planning and budgeting, guided advertising strategy across media, developed scalable tools and standards, and managed high-performing teams and vendor partnerships to support one of the company’s most productive regions globally.

Earlier in my career, I co-founded a boutique design agency where we built brands from the ground up for growing businesses and luxury clients, translating vision into cohesive identity systems and real-world implementation.

Today, through Rppl Design, I support organizations at moments of growth, transition, and misalignment. The work is rooted in purposeful simplicity.
